(More customer reviews)Our son was SO excited to get this toy and try it out. Was a hit until, during his first bath with it, the wind-up got stuck. Broken on first bath. I didn't take the time to try to return it and get another - figured it would cost as much to ship back as the toy had cost - so cannot comment on whether the company would have stuck by their product.
