(More customer reviews)We made the mistake of buying THREE tents made by this company for our kids for Christmas.The first time we put them together they began to break.Poles snapped, fabric frayed out, tie-ons ripped.They were heaps of garbage in no time.I tried to contact the company and they do not care.I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they ignored it.I just looked and they have ignored several other complaints over product issues.Do not do business with them--you will get a poor-quality product and no customer service.
