(More customer reviews)This bath toy is a cute idea, but doesn't do what it's seemingly designed to do. Instead of paddling atop or in the water, the mama bear's lower half basically sinks while her legs kick and the baby bear twirls around for 2-3 seconds. (It takes twice as long to wind it up.) The plastic and inner mechanism are too heavy for this toy to really stay afloat, and water gets inside, dragging the toy down as well. My daughter watches me wind it up, waiting for it to do something, and then is totally uninterested once it hits the water and does its 2-second sputter. Boo. A 1-star toy, really, but I'll give it an extra star for its cuteness.
